In this series of 2 hour long classes, you will get the time to work through the entire body, and go deeper into the practice of Yin Yoga. This is a slower form of yoga, where we stay longer in each pose, allowing the muscles to relax in order to stretch the connective tissue.
An opportunity to relax, recover and still the mind, with verbal and hands on support. Suitable for all levels, no previous experience is needed.
